Before booking

Is my favoured accomodation still available?

The up-to-date availability calendar shows you at a glance, for which periods the individual properties are still available (green) or already occupied (red). You can also request your dates of stay and the total number of travellers: if the object is available, the price will be displayed.

When can I arrive and depart?

The possible arrival and departure days are displayed with a dark green background in the availability calendar. Flexible stays or short breaks can be arranged during the low season. A rental of less than 5 days is not possible.

How many guests can I bring at the most?

The maximum number of guests is specified for each property and must not be exceeded for insurance reasons. Babies and children of all ages are counted as full travel participants.

Can I bring my pet(s)?

No. The Landhäuser BergWiese properties are designated allergy-friendly, so pets of any kind are not permitted.

Can I reserve a log cabin or apartment without obligation?

For a non-binding reservation, please contact the St. Andreasberg Holiday Information. They will gladly check if and how long the property can be blocked for you.

I am interested in a long term rental, what should I do?

If you are planning a stay of 2 weeks or longer simply ask the St. Andreasberg Holiday Information about the current rates and state your exact arrival and departure dates.

What sports and leisure activities are available?

The magnificent surroundings of the Upper Harz offers an abundance of sports and recreational activities depending on the season, including fishing, mountain climbing, cycling, golf, hunting, canoeing, mountain biking, horseback riding, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, tennis, hiking. Rescheduling, correcting details, cancellation

What do I do if I want to reschedule?

Submit your reschedule request to the St. Andreasberg Holiday Information by e-mail and state your reservation number. Please be aware that we can not always meet rescheduling requirements.

How can I correct my reservation details?

A correction of your contact details or the number of persons (within the maximum occupancy) is unproblematic. Please contact the St. Andreasberg Holiday Information and state the correct information.

I need to cancel my booking, what do I do?

A cancellation is only possible in writing, the easiest way is by e-mail or using our contact form. Please state your reservation number without fail. Cancellation fees will be deducted from the deposit already paid. You will receive the cancellation confirmation and invoice from the St. Andreasberg Holiday Information. If you have purchased a travel cancellation insurance and you have to cancel due to an insured reason (eg. illness or unemployment), the resulting cancellation charges will be reimbursed by your insurance company.

How can I book?

You can book online around the clock or by phone under the number 05582-803-36 at the St. Andreasberg Holiday Information. You will receive the acknowledgement of receipt and booking confirmation by e-mail.

How do I receive acknowledgement of receipt and booking confirmation?

You will receive these documents by e-mail. Please do not only check your mailbox, but eventually also the spam folder.

What is the further procedure? How and when do I pay?

The binding rental agreement is concluded with the booking confirmation you receive from the St. Andreasberg Holiday Information. Upon receipt of this reservation confirmation 20 percent of the total amount due must be paid to the account specified. The final payment of rent – in cash or by credit card – is due upon delivery of the keys for the property you rented; of course you can also transfer the remaining fee to the account prior to arrival.

Prices, extra expenses

How do I find out the price for a booking?

Once you specify the date of arrival, length of stay and number of persons, you will see the total amount to be paid.

How high are the extra costs?

Extra costs do not incurr. All costs are included in the daily rate.

When are bed linen and towels changed?

Free linen change is possible from 5 days rental period; please order at the Holiday Information.

What are the travel times?

Please note that there are two travel times: from 1.3. to 18.12. and from 19.12. to 28.2. Please refer to the booking page for the respective price information.

Arrival and departure; amenities

What time can I arrive, what time must I leave?

Our apartments and log cabins are available on the day of arrival from 15.00 pm. On the day of your departure you have to check out by 10.00 am.

What belongs to the basic accommodation equipment, what should I bring with me?

All Landhäuser BergWiese accommodation are classified with 5 stars and completely and very comfortably furnished. Of course, all the beds are freshly made for you. Free linen change is possible from 5 days rental period; please order at the Holiday Information. Blankets, bathrobes and sauna towels etc. are available for you.

Who deals with the final cleaning?

Final cleaning is included in the total price. Please leave your accommodation in a clean swept state.
